Who we are
Afterhours (Happy Hour Scout) ("we", "us") operates the Afterhours service. We are the data controller of personal data collected through the Service.

Who we share with
- Supabase — database & authentication hosting.
- Google Maps Platform — venue data, photos, and location services.
- Lovable — application hosting infrastructure.
- Authorities where required by law.
How long we keep data
Account and content data are kept while your account is active. On deletion request we remove or anonymise within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. For UK/EEA residents these rights apply under GDPR and we respond within one month.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country by our service providers. Where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions for safeguards.
Security & cookies
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. The Service uses only essential cookies for sign-in sessions; no advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set by us.
