Afterhours is a community map of happy hours and bar specials aggregated from public sources (Google Maps) and community contributions. Information is provided as-is with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to defraud, spam, or harass others;
• infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scraping at scale);
• misrepresent venues, post abusive content, or impersonate others.

4. Account & content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of anything you post (ratings, comments, suggestions). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display your content solely to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and curation, is owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security or fraud risk, non-payment of any owed amounts, or repeated policy violations.

8. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where law forbids that limitation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
